3. Look for all round capability. Can they provide a 361* support and service?
4. Talk deliverables. We should all make measurable progress in resonable time. Should that not be said about an ad agency?
5. Work the numbers. Numbers tell you everything, so their pricing should match you ROI.
6. Look for chemistry. People do business with people their relate to and love. Business that has no chemistry can over time wine down.
